With over two decades of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, my passion as a breathwork coach is fueled by a personal journey where I wrestled with unmanaged stress, and old patterns of limiting beliefs rooted in fear of failure, insecurity and depression. I’ve learned that the most profound transformations and healing often start with the most pure yet profound acts—like breathing.
