I’m a wife, mom of two college-aged kids, and a Certified Barre Technique Instructor, as well as a board member of a non-profit dedicated to supporting adults with chronic mental illness.
My professional journey kicked off in finance where my competitive athletic drive fueled my ambition. However, I eventually realized that this high-pressure environment didn’t align with my true calling.
Soon after, I launched into the world of fitness and wellness, and I immediately felt at home. Becoming a master barre instructor ignited my passion for the mind-body connection and helping others embody it. With over 18 years of teaching experience, I’ve empowered many to unlock their inner strength and resilience, and I’m dedicated to guiding others toward growth on their wellness journey.
My own long-standing struggles with depression and limiting beliefs led me to discover breathwork which became a powerful tool for making sense of the deep-rooted emotional and physical challenges I faced. This powerful practice has not only brought me healing but also has reframed how I experience the world and my relationships, fostering deeper connections and greater fulfillment. As a certified breathwork coach, I’m passionately dedicated to empowering others to break free from their limitations, unlock their potential, and embrace their path of self-growth and authenticity.
