Meet Jenn
I’m a wife, mom of two college-aged kids, Founder and Breathwork Coach of Breathe for Life, Certified Barre Technique Instructor, as well as a board member of a non-profit that supports adults with chronic mental illness.
My professional journey kicked off in finance where my competitive athletic drive fueled my ambition. However, I eventually realized that this high-pressure environment didn’t align with my true calling.
Soon after, I launched into the world of fitness and wellness, and I immediately felt a shift that felt right. Becoming a master barre instructor ignited my passion for the mind-body connection and helping others embody it. With over 18 years of teaching experience, I’ve empowered many people to unlock their inner strength, self-trust, and resilience, and I’m dedicated to guiding many more on their personal growth journey.
My own long-standing struggles with depression and limiting beliefs led me to discover breathwork, which became a powerful tool for making sense of the deep-rooted emotional and physical challenges I wrestled with. This powerful modality has not only brought me healing but also has reframed how I experience the world and my relationships, fostering deeper connections and greater fulfillment. As a certified breathwork coach, I’m passionately dedicated to empowering others to break free from their limitations, access their potential, and embrace their path of purpose and authenticity.
