Group Breathwork Sessions
COLLECTIVE BREATHING: SHARED BREATH, SHARED GROWTH
Group sessions offer a fantastic opportunity to explore the life-changing power of breathwork as we breathe together. I host these sessions 2-3 times a month at various locations near Greenwich, CT. Attending a group class is an excellent way to begin your breathwork journey, or attending a group class alongside your weekly sessions will enhance your practice. It’s more than just a class; it’s a community experience where healing and personal growth is most important.
Before we begin, you’ll receive all the necessary details to ensure you’re prepared, including a health waiver and what to expect, allowing you to fully embrace our time together. Each session, whether it’s a practical workshop experience or a themed Transformational Breathwork Journey, combines breathwork with curated sound healing through headsets, creating a powerful, mind-opening, and grounding experience.
